Personality

The combination of a person physical, mental, and social traits make up a persons personality. Personality includes such things as appearance, friendship, interests and abilities and likes and dislikes. The forming of a person’s personality continues throughout a person’s life. Some of the things which help form a personality are heredity, personal experiences, needs and wants, other people, self-concept and environment. People can achieve and keep a healthy personality by taking care of their physical, mental and social health.

Emotions are the feelings a person has about people and things. Emotions help a person find meaning in many things. They also affect the way a person gets along with others and give a person the desire to do many things. A person’s emotion may be affected by such things as needs, wants, other people and physical changes.

Interviews

If you are a college student then you might have some wonderful experience in the name of interviews. I had a lot to keep it my memory storage bank. In my college they have arranged training classes to improve our communication skills and behavioral skills. The incidents happened during that training is something which I cant forgettable. The way they divided us in to groups and a leader for every batches, the games they conducted to enhance our English speaking skills are wonderful. I still remember some funny incidents happened while we were playing name games. This training has given me courage to face the interview.

I have attended three interviews so far. The aptitude round is similar for all the companies, just multiple choice questions, But once you have entered the HR round its quite interesting to see the way the HR people throwing questions to us. Some expects us to answer or try to answer those questions but some wants us to speak them frankly. The main in this process is stress interview where they keep you under some stress and examine you with your face expressions. Only two answers you will get when you ask others about this interview, if you asks a selected guy he will say its quite easy to get selected. If you ask a unselected guy, he will say it’s difficult to get through in the interview so hard work is required. All the best for those guys who going to attend the interviews.

Reality shows

Evening from 7 pm to 10 pm in everyone’s house there will be one group sitting in front of the television sets and watching those never ending drams/ serials. Nowadays in every evening time are dedicated to those serials. I don’t like those kinds of serials. I think its good to produce some shows instead of these serials. Reality shows are making their way quickly and also efficiently. The shows like super singer, dance shows, comedy shows got their fames as soon as they hit the common public. The fame is like they are making sequels of those shows too.

But the way they publicizing those show sometimes quite unreal. They are showing all disrupts between the contestants of their shows and advertising it for the whole week before the show telecasting and grabbing all the people attention for that particular episode of that’s how.

Morning Beauty

This post is for those guys who are so lazy to wake up in the early morning and having the habit of drinking bed coffee/tea.

When you have some peaceful sleep at the night with some sweet dreams, the next morning when you wake up from the bed, just see the vision of the morning rising sun which is very pleasing to our eyes. Woke up early in the morning ,warm up yourself, go for jogging so that you can intake some cool breeze, then finish your morning duties and freshen up yourself. Then you have your hot drinks and snacks you feel it better than what you had earlier i.e. bed coffee.

Like to spend time with friends

Hi guys it’s very difficult to pass time during holidays. When college is working on we might think about the holidays, but during holidays we feel its better to have college itself. Because in college you are going to spend the times with your friends, so those are some energetic moments we spend together. When we are around with our friends we feel more comfortable and relaxed. The chit chatting, passing some funny comments, selecting nick names for our staffs, talking about girls. Those sweet moments won’t repeat in our life.

Watching cinema with our friends is another wonderful moment which we can’t forget in our life. Even though the movie is good the comments passed by us while watching the movie make others to laugh and enjoy. These cherishing memories are deeply buried in our heart.
